How to Delete Your PlataTime Account

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to: asistencia@conplata.com with the subject "Delete account".

• Include your name and phone number linked to your account.

Data that will be deleted:

• Personal information (name, phone, address, etc.)

• App activity history

• Account settings

Data that will be retained:

• Records necessary to comply with legal obligations (maximum 60 months)

Estimated deletion time: 30 days from request.
